Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos Voltron strategy led by Shagrat, Loot Bearer. The primary game plan accelerates out Shagrat on turn 3 or 4 using efficient 2-mana artifacts, then attacks on turn 4 or 5 to bypass steep equip costs on massive weapons like Colossus Hammer and Fireshrieker. Each attack auto-equips a weapon and amasses an Orc Army, generating simultaneous commander pressure and secondary board presence. The deck maintains card velocity by sacrificing disposable Army tokens and Living Weapon Germs to spells like Deadly Dispute and Village Rites. A dense package of 1-mana indestructible instants shields Shagrat from conventional destroy-based removal. However, the deck runs no dedicated interactive removal or tutors, leaving it vulnerable to opposing combo strategies and requiring multiple combat turns to eliminate the entire table.
