This Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck is a classic "wheel-and-deal" strategy that weaponizes the act of drawing cards against opponents. The primary game plan is to deploy Nekusar alongside damaging enchantments (Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Fate Unraveler) and then force the table to repeatedly draw large numbers of cards through wheels (Windfall, Reforge the Soul, Wheel of Fate) and symmetrical draw engines (Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon). Each wheel turns into a 7-14 damage bomb per opponent, quickly melting life totals. The deck also packs a backup infect kill via Grafted Exoskeleton or Phyresis and a secondary value engine in Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind ping-draw loops.
