Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is a five-color legend-tutor engine. The deck ramps with mana-dork legends, then pays WUBRG to put key legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. Its primary win is the Derevi + Emiel + Chromatic Orrery loop, which makes all colors of mana; Emiel then blinks Tivit for endless Treasures. Vihaan converts those Treasures into hasty Assassins, while Mirkwood Bats gives a drain alternative. The backup path is Jodah / Elspeth-token pressure plus Kambal and Smaug lifeloss. No true hidden commander exists; the fetchable Esika face in the 99 is God of the Tree, which adds mana and colors, but the Prismatic Bridge side is not reliably tutored onto the battlefield.
