Deck overview

This deck is a classic Simic spellslinger control deck commanded by Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. The primary strategy focuses on playing at instant speed during opponents' turns to trigger Rashmi's pseudo-cascade ability repeatedly, pulling ahead in card advantage and mana tempo. The deck supports this engine with a dense package of counterspells, cantrips, and bounce effects. As the game develops, it converts spell casts into a board presence using token generators like Talrand, Sky Summoner, Murmuring Mystic, and Shark Typhoon, or closes the game by controlling the stack and battlefield with Hullbreaker Horror. Additionally, the list includes an infinite mana loop with Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake, as well as an Isochron Scepter imprint package. The main structural vulnerability is an unusually low land count of 24 lands, making early cantrip sequencing and ramp critical to hitting land drops smoothly.
