Deck overview

This is an Esper Equipment/voltron deck built around Ratonhnhake ton, a cheap, evasive commander who turns each successful hit into an Assassin token and a free Equipment reanimation from the graveyard. The primary plan is to suit the commander with a critical mass of Equipment, use free-attach effects to bypass prohibitive equip costs, and deliver 21 commander damage in one or two swings per opponent. The deck's big shortcut is Ramses, Assassin Lord: if an Assassin you control has attacked a player who then loses the game, you win outright, converting a single lethal hit into a table win. The 99 also contains a robust "second-string" voltron squad in Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, Kemba, Kha Enduring, Arna Kennerud, Skycaptain, and Kamiz, Obscura Oculus, so the plan does not collapse if the commander is repeatedly answered. This is not an infinite-combo deck; it wins through repeatable evasive combat, Equipment recursion, and snowballing attack triggers.
