Just Hoppin Around by artifactenjoyerqt

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler pilots a deceptive group hug and combo-control strategy. By offering symmetrical card draw, Kwain curries early political favor while setting up devastating asymmetric payoffs like Smothering Tithe, The Council of Four, and Faerie Mastermind. The deck maintains battlefield safety using tax effects like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and defensive barriers like Ghostly Prison and Island Sanctuary. Once the board is secured, the deck pivots into game-ending combo lines, utilizing Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal or Mind Over Matter alongside Temple Bell to draw the entire library. Wins are finalized through Psychosis Crawler damage, Folio of Fancies mill, or Laboratory Maniac.
