Commander: Hidetsugu and Kairi

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Hidetsugu and Kairi leads a Dimir combo-control deck. The primary kill is the two-card Consultation Oracle line: Demonic Consultation empties the library, then Thassa's Oracle wins on its enter trigger. Backup channels use Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal and Chain of Smog with Professor Onyx to drain, with flicker loops around Naru Meha, Peregrine Drake, and Archaeomancer as a third path. H&K is a draw-three engine and recursion tool; its death trigger exiles and free-casts instants and sorceries. Rona, Herald of Invasion is only a support Wizard in the 99, not a hidden commander. The tutor and counterspell suite makes combo assembly consistent and protected.
