Uril, The Miststalker

Format: Commander

Commander: Uril, the Miststalker

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Uril is a five-mana hexproof beater who turns every Aura into a doubled stat boost, so the deck is an Aura-voltron/enchantress hybrid. The primary plan is to ramp into Uril by turn four, then use Sythis and the enchantress core to chain cheap Auras until he hits 20+ power and either one-shots a player or wins through Mayael's Aria. There is no DFC or true hidden commander: Yuna, Hope of Spira and Sigarda, Host of Herons are support/value pieces. Bear Umbra and Flickerform extend and protect the Aura investment. The deck has solid mid-game reach but is all-in on Uril and vulnerable to repeated removal and enchantment/board sweepers.
