Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Elemental tribal midrange engine commanded by Ashling, the Limitless. The primary game plan revolves around casting high-impact Elemental permanents using Ashling's evoke {4} ability. When these nontoken Elementals are sacrificed to evoke, Ashling creates a hasty token copy, effectively doubling all enter-the-battlefield triggers and providing immediate combat pressure. The deck fuels this engine with draw power from Risen Reef, Mulldrifter, and Garruk's Uprising, while generating massive mana through Smokebraider, Flamebraider, and tribal lands. Win conditions include overwhelming combat steps powered by Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Maelstrom Wanderer, and overrun effects like Jubilation. The deck recovers well from board wipes using graveyard recursion like Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Encore abilities, but is vulnerable to instant-speed removal on Ashling and lacks countermagic to protect its board.
