Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos outlaw-tribal theft deck helmed by Laughing Jasper Flint, built around maximizing the number of outlaws (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) you control to supercharge Jasper's upkeep trigger - exiling the top X cards of an opponent's library and casting them with mana of any color. The deck layers a dense "commit a crime" payoff package (Gisa, the Hellraiser, Magda, the Hoardmaster, Kaervek, the Punisher, Raven of Fell Omens) on top of a redundant cast-from-exile suite (Etali, Primal Storm, Fevered Suspicion, Improvisation Capstone, Memory Vessel) to generate overwhelming card advantage. Primary win paths are combat damage from a wide outlaw board, big-mana Exsanguinate fueled by Mana Geyser and The Eternity Elevator, and stealing opponents' own win conditions. The deck is a midrange value engine with no fast combo, relying on incremental advantage and inevitability.
