Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic deck leans into Elf tribal and landfall synergy, helmed by Thranduil, Sindarin Liege. The commander provides a permanent anthem for Elves and creates a 1/1 Elf token every time a land enters, fueling a wide board that grows with +1/+1 counters. The adventure side, Silvan Rally, filters lands into hand to smooth draws. The deck wins primarily through combat, leveraging token swarms and mass-pump spells like Overrun and Preposterous Proportions to trample over opponents. Koma, World-Eater offers a secondary beater with evasion and token generation, while Ezuri's Predation acts as a one-sided board wipe. The plan is to ramp hard, deploy the commander early, trigger landfall repeatedly, and finish with explosive combat tricks. There are no infinite combos; victory comes from overwhelming creature mass and pump effects.
