Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant leads a Gruul big-mana and artifact token strategy focused on overwhelming burn and explosive resource generation. The deck uses dense low-cost ramp to deploy Roxanne on Turn 3 or 4, immediately generating Meteorite tokens that deal targeted damage and tap for two mana of any color. By doubling the mana produced from all artifact tokens—including Meteorites, Treasures, and Heartwood tokens—Roxanne quickly accelerates the deck into massive mana reserves. This mana fuels game-ending X-spells such as Crackle with Power and Comet Storm, as well as wide token multipliers like Second Harvest and Brass's Bounty. Artifact-fall burn engines like Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver turn every new token into direct damage against the entire table. While the deck lacks fast combo tutors and stack countermagic, its high density of ramp, redundant finishers, and explosive mana scaling make it a lethal, resilient threat capable of closing games swiftly on Turn 6.
