Deck overview

This deck is a Jund -1/-1 counter control and attrition engine commanded by The Reaper, King No More. The primary game plan revolves around distributing -1/-1 counters across enemy creatures to suppress incoming attacks, generate overwhelming token swarms with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Nest of Scarabs, and steal dying threats using The Reaper or Necroskitter. Sweepers, wither enablers like Everlasting Torment, and targeted debuffs ensure opposing boards remain locked down. The deck wins by grinding down life totals with Obelisk Spider and Blood Artist, swinging with insect and snake armies, or assembling a deterministic death-trigger loop with Blowfly Infestation.
