Gandalf, Party Guest is a Jeskai legendary-Wizard spellslinger that cheats instants and sorceries into combat. The primary plan is to deploy 2-3 legendary Wizards (Balmor, Adeliz, Kaza, Baral) so Gandalf's beginning-of-combat trigger casts a 4-6 mana spell for free, then pump the board with magecraft anthems and close with extra combats (World at War, Full Throttle) or a steal finisher (Insurrection). Secondary paths are grindy spell value via Talrand Drakes, Niv-Mizzet Parun and Vivi Ornitier pings, and big sorceries like Mnemonic Deluge and Aminatou's Augury. Gandalf is a tempo engine, not a combo piece; Niv-Mizzet, Parun acts as hidden commander providing draw and reach when Gandalf is offline.
