Deck overview

This Rakdos deck pairs Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools and Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh to execute a heavy stax and resource-denial plan. Rograkh provides immediate zero-mana sacrifice fodder for explosive rituals like Culling the Weak and tutors like Diabolic Intent. On turns 2 to 3, the deck deploys Tevesh to generate recurring card advantage and token bodies, or casts Lukka, Coppercoat Outcast to polymorph Rograkh into Sire of Insanity or Valgavoth, Terror Eater. The deck establishes asymmetric locks using Contamination, Blood Moon, Trinisphere, and Smokestack, breaking parity with Tevesh's Thrull generation. Once opponents are starved of mana and cards, the deck closes the game by attacking with large Demons, burning with planeswalkers, or draining the table with Bolas's Citadel.
