Lathril, Blade of the Elves by Whoops

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathril, Blade of the Elves

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari Elfball deck puts Lathril, Blade of the Elves to work as both a token-generator and a drain outlet. The primary plan is to accelerate with one-mana Elf dorks, produce a wide board of Elf tokens through Imperious Perfect, Lys Alana Huntmaster, Elvish Warmaster, and Wolverine Riders, then finish with a massive Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Lathril's combat trigger refills the board, and untap engines like Seedborn Muse, Vitalize, and Copperhorn Scout let you fire her 10-life ability multiple times in a turn. Secondary wins come from Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage, and Poison-Tip Archer. The deck draws plenty of cards with Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and Realmwalker to keep the pressure coming.
