Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a high-tempo Izzet spellslinger deck that uses cheap noncreature spells to grow Vivi into a repeatable blue/red mana battery and a one-damage-per-spell clock. The primary plan is to chain cantrips, tutors, and cheap interaction while triggering pinger creatures and prowess-style attackers; the commander both fuels and finishes. Secondary paths are the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter infinite-cast loop, Niv-Mizzet draw-damage loops, and Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring loops. There is no hidden commander; the nonlegendary and legendary payoffs all support Vivi's noncreature-spell strategy.
