Deck overview

This mono-red artifact engine deck utilizes Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer as a low-cost sacrifice outlet and protective anchor in the command zone. The deck operates by ramping in the early turns, filtering high-impact artifacts like Myr Battlesphere, Wurmcoil Engine, and Phyrexian Triniform into the graveyard, and reanimating them ahead of curve with Goblin Welder, Daretti, Scrap Savant, and Trash for Treasure. Slobad provides free, instant-speed indestructible protection by sacrificing disposable tokens or cantrip artifacts, turning symmetrical board wipes like Nevinyrral's Disk into devastating one-sided blowouts. The deck can also assemble an infinite colorless mana combo via Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth to fuel massive activations or close games with Bosh, Iron Golem. While the deck excels at generating overwhelming board presence and resilient artifact recursion, its mono-red identity leaves it vulnerable to instant-speed exile effects and stack-based combo strategies.
