Deck overview

Led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, this Boros aggro deck unites a fellowship of legendary Dwarves, Equipment, and artifact token synergies. The game plan focuses on curving out resilient low-cost Dwarves on early turns before deploying Thorin on turn 4 or 5. Upon arrival, Thorin creates Treasure tokens on each Dwarf ETB, converting the deck's artifact accumulation into a substantial power boost (+1/+0 per artifact token) across the entire dwarven front line. The midgame compounds this advantage through Storied payoffs like Bifur, Melodic Rider and Kíli the Resourceful, while spells like An Unexpected Party // At the Door flood the board with pumped tokens. Combat finishes are accelerated by Dáin Ironfoot granting double strike and Balin, Loremaster providing direct global burn. The deck features functional reactive interaction and protection spells like Mithril Coat and Reprieve to shield key threats while swinging for lethal damage over consecutive combat steps.
