BEARS

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green Bear tribal combat deck. Primary plan is to flood the board with cheap Bears, use Beorn's +2/+2 anthem and trample counter plus scaling anthems like Door of Destinies, Banner of Kinship, and Chronicle of Victory to make a wide board lethal, while Beorn's three-Bear draw trigger and supporting draw engines keep cards flowing. Secondary paths use Unnatural Growth to double power each combat and Lumra or Ruxa to rebuild after wipes. Beorn is both anthem and engine, not a combo piece, and the deck has no hidden commander - Goreclaw and Ruxa support but do not replace him. Wins come from trample combat damage over two to three attacks, not infinite combos.
