This deck is an Esper control and spellslinger strategy built around Y'shtola, Night's Blessed. The primary plan establishes Y'shtola on Turn 3-4 and equips her with damage-triggered draw auras like Curiosity or Ophidian Eye. Because Y'shtola deals 2 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell with mana value 3 or greater is cast, free and cost-reduced spells (such as Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, and Snuff Out) generate massive card advantage while steadily burning the table. The deck controls the tempo of the game using pillowfort enchantments (Ghostly Prison, Propaganda) and tax effects (Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Authority of the Consuls).
