Satoru by LazyWizard

Format: Commander

Commander: Satoru Umezawa

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Satoru Umezawa is the sole commander and the deck's entire cheat engine. The primary plan is to attack with a one-drop, then activate Satoru's granted ninjutsu for {2}{U}{B} to put a huge creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The fastest finish is ninjutsu in Blightsteel Colossus for 11 infect. If Blightsteel is missing, Ancient Silver Dragon draws ~10 cards into a life-loss combo, while Animate Dead/Reanimate and Cabal Coffers provide a backup plan. Free counterspells and instant-speed interaction protect the one ninjutsu window. There is no second commander face and no hidden commander.
