Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Red Dragon Tribal build designed to ramp into massive flying threats and overwhelm opponents through combat damage. Commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen, the deck leverages 2- and 3-mana ramp artifacts and cost reducers like Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman to deploy Lathliss by Turn 5. Once Lathliss enters, casting subsequent Dragons triggers her ability to produce 5/5 flying Dragon tokens, rapidly multiplying the deck's board power. Synergy pieces such as Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Terror of Mount Velus translate newly cast Dragons into immediate burst damage and haste, while Utvara Hellkite and Drakuseth, Maw of Flames provide standalone offensive threats. The deck utilizes asymmetric sweepers like Breath Weapon and Magmaquake to clear opposing ground armies while preserving its own fliers. However, the plan remains vulnerable to creature sweepers, lacks stack interaction, and requires multiple combat cycles to close games.
