Deck overview

This is a Sultai self-mill graveyard-value deck built around Kotis, Sibsig Champion. Kotis is the engine: once per turn he can cast any creature from the graveyard by exiling three other cards, and he grows with +1/+1 counters whenever creatures enter from or are cast from a graveyard. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with mill and discard, reuse creatures through Kotis, Back from the Brink, and Ever After, then turn the stocked yard into a huge token-plus-counter combat swing. The secondary path mills opponents with Fraying Sanity and Jace's Erasure. There is no hidden commander; both the recursive role and the combat payoff belong to Kotis.
