Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Demon tribal midrange build that turns heavy creature deployment into immediate direct damage and card advantage using Be'lakor, the Dark Master. Early turns focus on establishing mana through artifacts, cost-reducers like Herald of Slaanesh, and Dream Devourer. Once Be'lakor enters on Turn 5, it draws cards and turns every subsequent Demon into a removal spell or burn trigger via its Lord of Torment ability. The deck amplifies this engine with clone creatures, flicker spells like Ghostly Flicker, and damage enhancers such as City on Fire and Warstorm Surge. A rich suite of 1-mana protection spells keeps key Demons alive through board wipes and removal. While the deck possesses explosive mid-to-late game burn and combat power, its high average mana curve and reliance on Be'lakor make it vulnerable to repeated commander removal and fast combo strategies.
