Deck overview

This Jeskai deck operates as a dynamic Equipment Voltron and Sunforger control strategy led by Captain America, First Avenger. The deck uses low-cost tutors such as Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshaper's Gift, and Fighter Class to quickly find high-impact Equipment like Colossus Hammer, Kaldra Compleat, and Excalibur, Sword of Eden. Captain America bypasses heavy equip costs with his Catch ability, auto-attaching weapons at the start of combat, while his Throw ability provides scalable spot removal and direct damage. The Sunforger package gives instant-speed access to powerful interaction and defensive spells, including Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, Dovin's Veto, and Akroma's Will. Secondary threats like Cloud, Planet's Champion, Danitha, Benalia's Hope, and Halvar, God of Battle ensure the deck applies relentless combat pressure even if the commander is removed. While vulnerable to mass artifact removal, the deck leverages redundant equip enablers, card-draw engines, and comprehensive protection to finish opponents in rapid succession.
