Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Green Stompy list built around casting Ghalta, Primal Hunger ahead of curve and crushing opponents through heavy trampling combat damage. By utilizing early mana dorks (Llanowar Elves, Birds of Paradise) and stat-efficient low-mana beaters (Steel Leaf Champion, Pugnacious Hammerskull, Rhonas the Indomitable), the deck effortlessly satisfies Ghalta's cost reduction to deploy a 12/12 trampler as early as turn 4. Card advantage is fueled by power-matters engines such as Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise, ensuring a steady hand of replacement threats. Finishers like Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth turn the board lethal across the entire table. While the deck possesses explosive midgame damage and strong single-target resilience, its reliance on combat damage and lack of stack interaction leave it exposed to well-timed board wipes and counterspells.
