Deck overview

This Dimir spellslinger deck centers entirely around Lord of the Nazgûl to convert cheap instants and sorceries into an overwhelming board of 3/3 menace Wraith tokens. The deck spends its first three turns establishing mana with lands and 2-CMC artifacts like Talisman of Dominance while sculpting its hand with efficient cantrips such as Ponder and Preordain.
