Deck overview

Tsagan is a Mardu combat-aggro commander who turns first/double strike into a board-wide anthem and eventually grants deathtouch plus first strike to the team. The deck races to max speed with cheap attack triggers, then drowns opponents in tokens from Adeline, Anim Pakal, Caesar, and Myrel, doubled by Anointed Procession/Mondrak. Secondary wins come from extra combat: Aggravated Assault plus Neheb, or Mardu Siegebreaker with Port Razer/Eomer. Isshin multiplies the most important attack triggers. There is no hidden commander; Isshin is a support piece. Mardu's removal suite keeps the path clear. The plan is to chip early, develop a wide board, and finish with one overwhelming combat step or repeated combats.
