Format: Commander

Commander: Bartolomé del Presidio

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bartolome del Presidio leads a BW aristocrats/reanimator deck that turns sacrifice into life-loss loops. The primary plan is to use Bartolome as the only repeatable sacrifice outlet, pair him with Boonweaver Giant or Sun Titan wearing a death-return aura (Fungal Fortitude, Kaya's Ghostform, Gift of Immortality, etc.), and loop the creature for infinite death triggers. Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Marionette Apprentice, and Agent of the Iron Throne convert each sacrifice into 1 life lost by each opponent. Secondary paths are attrition drain through recursive creatures and eventual commander damage on a pumped Bartolome. The deck has no hidden commander; the true engine is the Boonweaver/Sun Titan aura loop, while Throne of the Grim Captain remains a value mill/transform subtheme.
