Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV leads a blue-white draw-go control deck that merges tax effects with a compact infinite-mana combo. The primary plan is to make every spell expensive for opponents while your own spells cost less, then bury the table under card advantage from The Council of Four, Shorikai, and Consecrated Sphinx. Flash enablers keep the deck reactive, and a one-sided Cyclonic Rift or Farewell clears the way for a token finish. The clean kill is Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring and any second mana rock; with Shark Typhoon on the battlefield the loop makes infinite mana and an endless stream of flying Shark tokens. If the combo is not assembled, Knights, Pilots, and Sharks form a slow but steady combat clock.
