Dictatorship by Incorgnito

Format: Commander

Commander: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV leads a blue-white stax prison: your spells are cheaper, opponents' spells are taxed, and the battlefield is locked down with redundant tax and hate pieces. The primary plan is to assemble a hard lock-Knowledge Pool plus Drannith Magistrate-or to win with a protected Approach of the Second Sun loop. Secondary paths use Cathars' Crusade with Storm Herd for a huge flying kill, or Expropriate and Hullbreaker Horror to control and close. The deck is not a fast combo deck; it wins once opponents cannot cast spells from hand or once the Approach loop resolves. There is no hidden commander; every nonland card serves the prison strategy.
