Deck overview

This Temur spellslinger deck is commanded by Riku of Many Paths, focusing on extracting maximum value from modal instants and sorceries. Each mode chosen on a cast spell triggers Riku to generate 1/1 flying Bird tokens, impulse draw, or power buffs. The deck converts this steady accumulation of resources into a wide, evasive board state supported by secondary token generators like Talrand, Sky Summoner and Murmuring Mystic. As the spell count ramps up, high-impact spells such as Titania's Command, Season of Gathering, and Great Train Heist buff the army to close out games through combat damage. The interactive package is inherently versatile, relying on flexible modal spells like Sublime Epiphany and Prismari Command that disrupt opponents while simultaneously advancing Riku's trigger counts. While vulnerable to board sweepers during multi-turn combat setups, redundant token creators ensure steady recovery.
