Format: Commander

Commander: The Second Doctor and Vislor Turlough

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Esper group-hug politics deck with a hand-size drain finish. The Second Doctor is the engine: his end-step draw offer buys attack immunity while filling hands. Vislor Turlough is the companion, adding a second end-step draw and making hand-size payoffs such as Psychosis Crawler, Price of Knowledge, and Viseling more dangerous. No hidden commander exists; the pair is designed to work together. Secondary paths are politically goading opposing creatures and, occasionally, flipping Faithbound Judge into Sinner's Judgment. The win is incremental: draw-trigger burst with Krang and Psychosis Crawler, backed by upkeep burn and political deterrents.
