Deck overview

This monoblue mill deck is an exhibition build centered on the synergy between Bruvac the Grandiloquent in the command zone and 60 copies of Persistent Petitioners. Because both Bruvac and the Petitioners share the Advisor creature type, the deck rapidly establishes groups of 4 Advisors to tap and mill opponents for 24 cards per activation. The extreme redundancy of running 60 identical creatures completely eliminates variance in finding combo pieces. However, this dedication to a singular theme comes at the cost of traditional deck construction fundamentals. The list runs zero mana acceleration, zero counterspells, zero removal spells, and zero protection pieces. It operates at strict natural land-drop parity and relies entirely on surviving opposing combat and sweepers. When uninterrupted, it applies severe mill pressure starting on turn 5 and eliminates the table one opponent at a time by turn 8.
