Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a BUG mutate/Voltron deck that stacks the commander with mutate creatures and equipment, then converts combat damage into free casts from opponents' libraries. The primary win is commander damage: Kotis, loaded with Inquisitor's Flail, Leyline Axe, and Rancor, can one-shot a player from a single attack, and the same setup is repeated over three attack steps. The secondary plan uses clones (Spark Double, Mirror Image, Naga Fleshcrafter) and stealing effects (Gonti, Mindleecher) to generate value if Kotis is answered. Strong tutors, ramp, and a suite of instant-speed interaction round out the strategy.
