Life of the party by Zombiecowboy

Format: Commander

Commander: Tymna the Weaver and Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tymna and Ikra form an Abzan life-and-token engine: Tymna converts combat damage into cards, while Ikra turns high-toughness attackers and token swarms into life. The deck's real plan is to out-produce the table with elves and token doublers, use that life to fuel Ad Nauseam, Necropotence, or Bolas's Citadel, then finish with a giant Finale of Devastation or Craterhoof Behemoth overrun. A secondary Aetherflux Reservoir line rewards the same life total. There is no hidden commander; the decisive card is Craterhoof, found by Natural Order, Finale, or a creature tutor. The deck is fast but not infinite, winning through one overwhelming combat or a large life-payment turn.
