Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats combo deck leverages explosive mana acceleration and efficient card draw to control the board and win via infinite life-drain loops. The deck uses low-cost rocks and rituals like Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual to deploy powerhouse card-advantage engines like The One Ring and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician ahead of curve. It manages opposing creature boards through repeated edicts and Grave Pact triggers, turning creature deaths into card advantage and mana. The primary win condition combines Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, or Marauding Blight-Priest to drain all opponents instantly. Commander Avacyn, Angel of Horror serves as an 8-mana late-game recursion engine that brings back sacrificed nontoken creatures at each end step.
