This deck is a 5-color Lands and Town-tribal strategy commanded by The Wandering Minstrel. Its primary engine turns the tempo penalty of tapped utility lands into an asset: the commander makes all lands enter untapped, allowing Town lands and search spells like Reach the Horizon and Circuitous Route to function as immediate mana refunds.
