Deck overview

This is a high-powered, five-color legendary toolbox helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The deck's primary plan is to accelerate into Sisay on turn 2-3, then use her repeatable battlefield-tutor ability to assemble any combination of legendary permanents. The core engine is building Sisay's power by deploying additional legendary creatures, which increases the range of permanents she can fetch. The deck features multiple infinite-mana combos (notably involving Bloom Tender/Faeburrow Elder, Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy, and Emiel the Blessed) with outlets such as Kenrith, the Returned King (drawing your library) or Finale of Devastation (overrun). A robust protection suite of counterspells, free interaction, and silence effects ensures the critical turn is protected. The incremental value from legendary ETB triggers (e.g., Annie Joins Up, Delney, Streetwise Lookout) further fuels the game plan.
