Deck overview

This is a Rakdos "cast from exile" theft-and-value deck helmed by the MDFC Valki, God of Lies // Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor. The front face deploys early to strip creature cards from opposing hands, while the back face - the real engine - drops for seven mana and immediately grants an emblem that lets you play every card it exiles. The 99 is packed with redundant exile engines (Prosper, Tome-Bound, Valakut Exploration, Stolen Strategy, Court of Locthwain, Brainstealer Dragon, Gonti, Night Minister, Rev, Tithe Extractor) that turn opponents' libraries into your hand and their life totals into Treasure mana. Paradox payoffs like Flaming Tyrannosaurus, Keeper of Secrets, Iraxxa, Empress of Mars, and Spider-Verse punish every spell cast from exile. The deck wins through combat damage from stolen creatures and big flyers, with a graveyard-recursion subtheme (Underworld Breach, Yawgmoth's Will) as a secondary engine.
