Commander: Sigarda, Host of Herons

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya Sigarda Voltron deck. Sigarda, Host of Herons gives you a 5/5 flying hexproof body that blocks sacrifice effects, so you can safely load her with Auras and Equipment. The deck wins by dealing 21 commander damage to each opponent in sequence, using double strike and trample to one-shot players. Flaming Fist, Duelist's Heritage, and Twinblade Blessing provide double strike, while Rancor, Shield of the Oversoul, and Lion Umbra make Sigarda large, resilient, and hard to block. If Sigarda is unavailable, the same Aura package can suit Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar or another threat for a slower beatdown win.
