The Last Feast, Tom, golgari food deck by user5784430

Format: Commander

Commander: Tom, Bert, and William

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari Food/aristocrats deck uses Tom, Bert, and William as a repeatable sacrifice outlet and card-draw engine, while tokens and drain effects convert every death into life loss. Its primary plan is to assemble Experimental Confectioner with Peregrin Took, whose token-replacement rule creates infinite Rat and Food tokens; Mirkwood Bats or Blood Artist then drains each opponent. Secondary plans include Sanguine Bond/passive lifegain, commander beats via Rogue's Passage, and recursive midrange value from Cauldron of Essence and Reanimate. There is no hidden commander; both the commander's sacrifice and dies-to-artifact recursion support the engine, but the deck can operate without him through its many independent Food and drain pieces.
