Lightning, Army of Other Players by user5433563

Format: Commander

Commander: Lightning, Army of One

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Lightning, Army of One is an aggressive combat deck built around one table-damage trick: hit a player, let Stagger resolve, then use double strike and extra combat to make that same turn deal far more damage than the first hit. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar acts as the hidden partner, spreading commander damage to the other two opponents every time Lightning deals combat damage. Secondary paths are goad and pillow-fort pressure: Ghostly Prison, Norn's Annex, Disrupt Decorum, and Nelly force opponents to attack each other while draw effects keep the deck moving. If the commander is stopped, the deck loses most of its explosive finish and is reduced to fair beatdown.
