Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Boros artifact combo and aristocrats deck commanded by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut. Ragost turns every artifact into a Food and provides a repeatable burn outlet whenever Foods are sacrificed. The deck accelerates ahead of curve using fast mana artifacts like Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb, and artifact lands. It leverages powerful token engines including Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, Academy Manufactor, and Magda, Brazen Outlaw to generate massive resources. The primary win condition centers on assembling Clock of Omens with Magda and an artifact Dwarf or Changeling to produce infinite tapped Treasures, generate infinite mana, and untap Ragost to burn all opponents out simultaneously. As a potent backup plan, Heartless Hidetsugu pairs with damage-doubling permanents like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Twinflame Tyrant to wipe out opposing life totals in a single activation. Resilient defensive spells and efficient low-cost removal ensure the deck protects its combo windows and interacts with faster threats.
