Pharika, God of Affliction helms a Golgari self-mill strategy focused on turning graveyard cards into Snakes, draining opponents, and replaying lands. The primary plan is grind: cheap millers fill the graveyard, Pharika exiles creature cards at instant speed to make deathtouch Snakes, and constellation/leave-graveyard permanents (Eidolon, Grim Guardian, Fang, Insidious Roots) convert each Snake into cards or damage. Secondary paths are mass land recursion with Aftermath Analyst/Lumra and the token-mana combo of Insidious Roots + Tortured Existence + Tyvar with Mirkwood Bats as the kill. There is no hidden commander; Fang is here as a drain trigger, not a meld target. Syr Konrad caps the drain plan.
