This deck is a thematic 5-color toolbox and reanimator strategy piloted by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Built around the iconic factions of Ixalan, it unites Pirates, Vampires, Dinosaurs, and Merfolk to assemble and craft Throne of the Grim Captain // The Grim Captain. The deck uses efficient mana dorks and ramp spells to establish all five colors by turn 3-4, enabling Sisay to tutor silver-bullet legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield.
