Tannuk by Dubthestep

Format: Commander

Commander: Tannuk, Steadfast Second

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red "cast from exile" and cascade deck helmed by Tannuk, Steadfast Second, who grants haste to every other creature and gives artifact cards and red creature cards in hand the warp ability - letting you cast huge threats for just {2}{R}, exile them at end step, and recast them from exile on later turns. The primary plan is to warp out enormous dragons, colossi, and extra-combat threats, then chain additional combat phases with Scourge of the Throne and Karlach, Fury of Avernus while Twinflame Tyrant doubles all damage. Cast-from-exile payoffs like Nalfeshnee, Keeper of Secrets, and Flaming Tyrannosaurus convert every warped or cascaded spell into extra damage and copies. Secondary lines include Sneak Attack/Ilharg, the Raze-Boar cheating, cascade chains off Zhulodok, Void Gorger and Wild-Magic Sorcerer, and a Blightsteel Colossus infect one-shot. The deck is a high-variance, explosive beatdown strategy that trades consistency for raw power.
