Abarb Poison Angel by Abarb

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice anchors a four-color proliferate/poison deck. The primary plan is to put a poison counter on each opponent with cheap spells and toxic creatures, then compound those counters with Atraxa's end-step proliferate and backup engines such as Evolution Sage, Karn's Bastion, and Inexorable Tide until every opponent reaches ten poison. Secondary lines use counter doubling from Innkeeper's Talent and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider to make Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's ultimate lethal, or tutor Approach of the Second Sun. Vorel of the Hull Clade is a hidden commander for a Magistrate's Scepter extra-turn package. The deck remains functional without Atraxa but is measurably slower.
