New Untitled Deck by user5294548

Format: Commander

Commander: Marchesa, the Black Rose

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis +1/+1 counter recursion engine built around Marchesa, the Black Rose. The primary game plan uses dethrone to put counters on creatures, then sacrifice them to value outlets (Ashnod's Altar, Altar of Dementia, Warren Soultrader) and have them return at the next end step via Marchesa's trigger. The nine Nazgul form the core threat: they gain counters from the Ring tempts, and with Marchesa each death loops them back. Secondary win conditions include Warstorm Surge to burn opponents via re-entering creatures, Altar of Dementia mill, or overwhelming combat with Herald of Secret Streams making unblockable creatures. The deck grinds value through Dictate of Erebos, Morbid Opportunist, and Grim Haruspex, while Sneak Attack and Mob Rule provide explosive turns. It plays as a resilient attrition deck that leverages recurring threats and sacrifice synergy.
